Tunnelling times of electrons

Abstract: We consider a fully relativistic method for the calculation of tunnelling times based on the streamlines of the conserved probability flux. This method is similar to that proposed by Leavens [1,2] but is not based on the Bohmian interpretation. The method is applied to single and two-particle tunnelling in Dirac theory.
