ACBAR Data Products - Angular Power Spectrum 2008

Decorrelated band powers and uncertainties, as given in Table 3 of Reichardt et al. (2009). The first column gives the band number for each band; the second column gives the band power in that band, in uK^2; the third column gives the uncertainty in the band power estimate; the fourth column gives the x parameter, in uK^2, for the offset lognormal ansatz for the likelihood, see Bond et al. (2000); the fifth column is the minimum of the band multipole range; the sixth column is the maximum of the band multipole range; the seventh column is the weighted effective multipole for each band.
