ACT Data Products - 277 GHz Temperature MapsDownload Links:
Description These files contain the Atacama Cosmology Telescope (ACT) temperature maps at 277 GHz. Production of the maps are described in Dunner et al (2013), "The Atacama Cosmology Telescope: Data Characterization and Mapmaking". The equatorial 277 GHz map (act_data_map_277ghz_equatorial_2010.fits) is described in Gralla et al (2019), "Atacama Cosmology Telescope: Dusty star-forming galaxies and active galactic nuclei in the equatorial survey." These data have been used soley for the study of millimeter emission and the Sunyaev-Zel'dovich effect in compact sources. Caution is advised for studies of larger modes, as in angular power spectrum studies. The units of the maps are µK-CMB, expressing deviations from the average measured intensity as equivalent fluctuations in the CMB in units of micro-Kelvin. |
