Data necessary for constructing approximate bandpower likelihoods following the method of Hamimeche & Lewis (2008). See Section 9.1 of Barkats et al. Note that the likelihood for the tensor-to-scalar ratio in B2_3yr_rlikelihood_20140314.txt is calculated using a different method.
