- Float Duration 14 days desired 7 days min
- Float Altitude kft desired 110kft min
- Altitude Stability ɝkft desired 10 kft max
Science/Engineering requirements
- All detectors should function in nominal state, top package should spin nominally for entire mission. Ensure health of all system throughout mission (e.g. thermal, power, Comm).
Data Recovery
- TDRS and LOS (at beginning and end of flight) coverage is requested.
- Recovery of Pressure Vessel & two hard disks
